1. What we collect

Account: name, email, phone, address, role (client or Doer). Tasks & jobs: task descriptions, photos, messages, bids, reviews. Payments: handled by a PCI-compliant payment processor, we never store full card numbers. Doer verification: identity and background checks are performed by licensed third-party providers under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA); we receive results, not underlying records. Usage: device, log, and analytics data to keep the service working and safe.

2. How we use it

To match clients and Doers, process escrow payments, verify Doers, provide support, send service and (with consent) marketing emails, prevent fraud, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

3. What we share

Only what's needed to do the job: clients and Doers see each other's relevant profile and job details; service providers (payment processor, background-check provider, HubSpot for email/CRM, analytics) process data under contract; authorities when legally required.

4. Your California rights (CCPA/CPRA)

You may request to know, correct, or delete your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising. Request any of these from Settings → Privacy in the app, the contact options on our Help page, or by emailing privacy@justhoneydoit.com. We respond within the timelines the law requires and never discriminate for exercising rights.

5. Retention & security

We keep data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as law requires (e.g. tax and dispute records), then delete or de-identify it. Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited, and payment data lives with the processor, not us.

6. Children

Just Honey Do It is for adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
